I was pleasantly surprised at this book. I thought it was going to be dry and slow and boring...and it was anything but those! I can see why this book has been around for so long and will be happy to discuss it with my son next week!...

Graphic novel. Easy read....

A strange, strange little book. As a curious narrative to read for fun, sure, I'd recommend this book. But I caution you from taking any of Ferriss's advice seriously. I'm not a doctor, but neither is he - and his recommendations, most of which call upon readers to take on ridiculous regimens (think: sleeping in a 50 degree room, eating like a caveman) are, at best, over-the-top....

It was a good mystery book....
