School Services
Welcome to the Naperville Public Library. The Teens and Children's Services Staff is pleased to introduce you
to the materials and services we have available for you. Special school services are provided by the
Naperville Public Library as part of our mission to support educational efforts within our service
area. Our service area consists of those schools within Naperville city limits.
School Services include:
Parent Services -

Teacher Services
- Library visits to the Nichols, Naper Boulevard, or
95th Street Library
- Class visits by staff of the Naperville Public Library;
Presentations or materials for in-service meetings, Institute Days, or Open House events
- Please provide 2 weeks advance notice to schedule tours or visits.
- Teacher Requests service enables teachers to request up
to ten items per topic/author for classroom/group use. Please give us seven days advance notice.
- Assignment Alert service
ensures that books in high demand are placed on "Building Use Only" status. Please allow
advance notice of three weeks. A copy of the assignment helps us find the most appropriate
materials for you.
